2. APPLICABILITY
These terms apply to every offer by Anointed and every contract concluded through this webshop. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

3. THE OFFER
We describe and show our products as accurately as possible. Small colour differences due to screen settings are possible. Obvious mistakes in the offer are not binding. Products are offered while stocks last.

4. PRICES
All prices are in euros and include VAT. Shipping costs are shown before you complete your order.

5. THE CONTRACT
The contract is concluded when you place and pay for your order. You receive a confirmation by email. We may refuse or cancel an order for a valid reason; any payment will then be refunded in full.

6. PAYMENT
Payment is made using the methods offered at checkout. Orders are processed once payment is received.

7. DELIVERY
We ship within the Netherlands only. Orders are shipped within 1–3 business days, and no later than 30 days after ordering. The risk of loss or damage passes to you once the parcel has been delivered.

8. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
You may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason. After notifying us, you have 14 days to return the product. We refund the purchase price including standard shipping costs within 14 days of your notification, but may wait until we have received the product or proof of return shipment. Return costs are paid by the customer. If the product has been used more than necessary to assess it, we may charge for the loss in value.

9. CONFORMITY AND WARRANTY
Our products comply with the contract and reasonable expectations. Contact us as soon as possible if a product is damaged or defective. Your statutory rights always apply.

10. COMPLAINTS
Send complaints to customercareanointedclo@outlook.com. We acknowledge complaints within 14 days and respond in full as soon as possible. If we cannot resolve it together, you may turn to the competent court.

11. APPLICABLE LAW
All contracts are governed by Dutch law.
