Not quite what you were looking for? No problem. You can return your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason.
Conditions
- Items are unworn, unwashed and undamaged.
- Labels are still attached and the item is in its original packaging.
- You may try an item on the way you would in a shop. If an item has been used more than necessary to assess it, we may deduct the loss in value from your refund.
How to return
- Within 14 days of receiving your order, email customercareanointedclo@outlook.com with your order number and the items you want to return. You can also use the model withdrawal form below.
- We will send you the return address and further instructions.
- Send your parcel within 14 days of notifying us. Keep your proof of shipment.
Return costs
The costs of returning items are paid by the customer. We recommend using a tracked shipping method; the parcel is your responsibility until we receive it.
Refund
We will refund the purchase price, including the original standard shipping costs (for a full return), within 14 days of your notification, using your original payment method. We may wait to refund until we have received the items back or you have shown proof of return shipment.
Exchanges
Want a different size? Return the item and place a new order in the right size, so you can be sure your size is still available.
Damaged or wrong item?
That's not supposed to happen. Email us with a photo as soon as possible after receiving your order and we'll make it right. In that case, the return shipping costs are on us.
