Article 2 – Applicability

These terms and conditions apply to every offer made by Anointed and to every contract concluded through this webshop. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. You can always consult and save these terms on this page.

Article 3 – The offer

We do our best to describe and show our products as accurately as possible. Small colour differences due to screen settings are possible. Obvious mistakes or errors in the offer are not binding. All products are offered while stocks last.

Article 4 – Prices

All prices are in euros and include VAT. Shipping costs are clearly stated before you complete your order.

Article 5 – The contract

The contract is concluded when you place and pay for your order. You will receive a confirmation by email. We may refuse or cancel an order if there is a valid reason; any payment will then be refunded in full.

Article 6 – Payment

Payment is made using the payment methods offered at checkout. Your order is processed as soon as payment has been received.

Article 7 – Delivery

We ship within the Netherlands only. Orders are shipped as soon as possible, no later than 30 days after ordering. More information about delivery times and shipping costs can be found on our Shipping page. The risk of damage or loss passes to you once the parcel has been delivered to you.

Article 8 – Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason. After notifying us, you have 14 days to send the product back. We will refund the purchase price, including standard shipping costs, within 14 days of your notification, but may wait until we have received the product or you have shown proof of return shipment. The direct costs of returning are paid by the customer. During the withdrawal period, handle the product with care and only try it on as you would in a shop. If the product has been used more than necessary to assess it, we may charge for the loss in value. More information and the model withdrawal form can be found on our Returns page.

Article 9 – Conformity and warranty

We guarantee that our products comply with the contract and reasonable expectations. If a product is damaged or defective, please contact us as soon as possible. Your statutory rights always remain in effect.

Article 10 – Complaints

Complaints can be sent to customercareanointedclo@outlook.com. We will acknowledge your complaint within 14 days and respond in full as soon as possible. If we cannot resolve it together, you may turn to the competent court.
