Refund policy

You can return your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason.

CONDITIONS
- Items are unworn, unwashed and undamaged, with labels attached and in their original packaging.
- You may try an item on as you would in a shop. If it has been used more than necessary to assess it, we may deduct the loss in value from your refund.

HOW TO RETURN
1. Within 14 days of receipt, email customercareanointedclo@outlook.com with your order number and the items you want to return.
2. We will send you the return address and instructions.
3. Send your parcel within 14 days of notifying us and keep your proof of shipment.

RETURN COSTS
Return shipping costs are paid by the customer. We recommend a tracked shipping method; the parcel is your responsibility until we receive it.

REFUND
We refund the purchase price, including the original standard shipping costs (for a full return), within 14 days of your notification, using your original payment method. We may wait until we have received the items or you have shown proof of return shipment.

EXCHANGES
Return the item and place a new order in the size you need.

DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEM
Email us with a photo as soon as possible after receipt. In that case, return shipping is on us.
