What data do we collect?

Name, address, email address and phone number
Order and payment details
Account details if you create an account
Data about your visit to the website, such as IP address, device and browser (via cookies)
Your email address if you sign up for our newsletter

What do we use your data for?

To process and ship your order and keep you informed (performance of the contract)
To process payments
To handle your questions, returns and complaints
To send you our newsletter, only if you have given consent
To improve our website and analyse how it is used (with your consent)
To comply with legal obligations, such as tax record-keeping

Who do we share your data with?

We never sell your data. We only share it with parties needed to provide our service, such as Shopify (our webshop platform), payment providers, shipping partners and – if you consent – analytics and marketing tools. Some of these parties may process data outside the European Economic Area; this only happens with appropriate safeguards, such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

How long do we keep your data?

We don't keep your data longer than necessary. Order and invoice data is kept for 7 years due to the statutory retention obligation. Your newsletter subscription is kept until you unsubscribe.

Our website uses functional cookies that are necessary for the webshop to work. Analytical and marketing cookies are only placed with your consent, which you can give or refuse via the cookie banner.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct or delete your data. You can also object to its use, withdraw your consent or have your data transferred. To do so, email anointedclo@outlook.com. We will respond within one month.

We take appropriate measures to protect your data against loss and unauthorised use. Our webshop uses a secure (SSL) connection.
